Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.

• Signed-in customers. Open the chat menu → Sign out, then email us from the address on your account asking for deletion. We remove your profile, session and stored chat details. Print orders already sent to the printer may be retained as business records for a limited time.
• Facebook Login users. You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings; Meta will call our deletion endpoint and we will clear your Facebook-linked profile fields.
• Guest orders. Email us from the address used at checkout with your order number.

Confirmation codes from an automated Facebook deletion request appear in the address bar as ?code=… when Meta redirects here.
