Privacy Policy
IssueBee creates personalised print magazines and ships them to you. This page explains what we collect and why.
- Account. When you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, email and profile picture from that provider. We store them so your orders stay attached to your account.
- Chat details. Your first name, who the magazine is for and the occasion, so the stylist can personalise suggestions.
- Photos & order. The photographs you upload, your cover title and wording, and the shipping address you enter at checkout. These are used only to design, print and deliver your magazine.
- Technical. A signed-in session cookie (HttpOnly) and basic server logs (IP, time) for security and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your data. Print partners (e.g. Lulu) receive only what they need to manufacture and ship your book. You can sign out from the chat menu at any time. To delete your account data, use the data deletion page or email the address on your order confirmation.
